The show will be located at the Say This Say That office, which is located at 508 Legion Way SE Suite #1, Olympia, WA SUITE 1. I’m also showcasing with Joey Freer and my brother, Richard Franzen. We are going to be number 72, if you need any help finding us, heres the official artswalk map.

I’ll also have some merchandise and prints on hand for those interested.

So if anyone local decides to pop in and say hi, then thanks! I hope you enjoy our show!

I will be having buttons, prints, keychains, and shirts for sale in the expo hall. Booth 718 I believe.

If you are planning on going, you should come check us out! Disko Warp will also have some shirts, the Disko Warp Best Hits cd, and a brand new anime/cover mix “Anime Love Hardcore” available before its officially released. I had my hand in designing the cd layout for this release. It features a cool character design by Chevi. Some of the albums vocalists will be at the booth as well.

I managed to submit my animation for “UFO Catcher” as an OAV for the AMV contest too. It isn’t running in the competition, but it is going to be shown in the exposition. I believe the contest is on friday, starting at 4p. So if you want to see my work on the big screen, be sure to check, check, check it out!

I’m going to be also selling a brand new “Less Than Three” shirt, which mixes pink/brown-ish inks on a light blue tee. Right now I’m just waiting to get my hands on them. If I get them before the con starts, I’ll have them for sale… if not, they will be available online at a later date. I’m getting both Woman’s fitted and Unisex sizes for this design.

I can’t make it to the con due to PAX, but if you are going, you should be sure to check out the booth. There will be some new shirts available, sexy vampire shirts, and a special Disko Warp BEST HITS CD. The CD features 13 tracks of the most popular Disko Warp songs, they have also been remastered. I believe the CD is a limited release too.

The Penny Arcade Expo is also this weekend, which as I’ve stated before, I’ll be attending. They are going to have a Capcom store this year, which should be sweet. I plan on finally talking to The Behemoth/Newgrounds folks too if I can.

I’ve been drawing some new stuff too, just haven’t got around to doing anything digital yet. Hopefully I’ll be starting on another animation soon too.

I got to meet a few fans, which was cool. I’m sorry if you came to my booth and I was gone too. I had to duck out a bunch on saturday for SMiLE.dk events. Thank for to those who stopped by though!

As for the convention itself, it was really good this year. I checked out a few panels, the expo hall, and played some Pop’n Music a bunch!

During friday’s dance, a new Disko Warp Records remix was played as well. It’s an unreleased mix of “Don’t Don’t Go Away” in a very hardcore style. You can catch it in this video at around 6 min. I believe it’ll be out soon. I just didn’t expect it during the dance.

It was a pleasure to meet Veronica, Hanna, and Dick (one of the producers). I got to go backstage during part of the concert too, which was cool. I also drew up a couple of pictures to personally give to them.

Hopefully next year is even better! I believe its taking place in early April. If I do artist alley again, I’ll be sure to let you all know. Thanks again for a wonderful convention.
